Water Fun

We had lots of fun with water this summer, both in the backyard and at the splash park. For the first year ever, both girls were excited to play in the water, though Eva was always a little hesitant at first. Izzy loved to play in our little swimming pool from Uncle Eric because it has a slide. Slides make that little girl fearless. Our trips to the splash park with grandma usually ended with lunch at El Patron's, which was always a highlight for us big kids. On one visit, we even visited the Girl Scout Outreach center so the girls could test out the giant slide. Oh, the perks of knowin' a guy... :)
